One For The Road

Pinot Grigio is one of my favorite wines. Introduced to it by a dear friend almost 20 years ago, I am always looking for a light, dry Pinot Grigio. It is light, dry, crisp and makes for a refreshing summer wine. If you have never had the pleasure of a glass, you are missing out! I would say, let One For The Road be your first. However, this type of wine can age for up to three years. Knowing we cannot rush the process you may have to try a different Pinot Grigio first.

This batch of Pinot Grigio will produce 50-60 bottles and is currently in its primary fermentation stage. Racking will occur in approximately two weeks where we will get the first taste of this exquisite type of wine. Stay tuned!
